Who may live here

Only adults live here: 18 or over, and of age where you live. Whatever is done with your key is on you, so look after it.

What the house is

An entertainment chat in which invented women, written by an AI model, act as long-term partners. Nothing she says is fact or advice of any sort, and the relationship has no legal or real-world meaning.

Rent

Plus is rent paid ahead of time. You pay it in USDT, it covers a set number of days and it never recurs. No refund is due on rent except where law requires one. If a transfer is short, or sails over the wrong network, it can disappear for good.

Behaviour

Keep to the house rules. Do not attack the site, copy its rooms or sublet your access. We may ask a tenant who does to leave.

Your words

Everything you write remains yours. Writing it gives the house leave to hold and handle it, so the chat can reply and stay safe; a program also scans messages for rule-breaking.

Alterations

Partners, rooms and prices can change, and the wall calendar says so beforehand. The house is let as it stands, with no guarantee beyond the legal minimum, and what we owe you never exceeds your last 30 days of rent, as far as the law allows.
